Somewhere in the White House people use this phrase every day.  I heard it recently from a former White House staffer, and it stuck, and for good reason: a Google search comes up completely empty.  This blog entry should help with that.  Let’s fill out the rest of the Google search void in 2013, shall we not?

Update 2 hours later: The power of Google.  I am now the only return on the search.
